Hurns was a nice find given he was an undrafted free agent.  He was good with Bortles.  Imagine what he could have been in the long term with Trevor.
Too busy coming up with TD celebration dances than working on his craft

This reminds me of your Hargreaves > Ramsey takes

Chark is better than any period Hurns by a long shot. The speed comparison isn't even a comparison.

Hargreaves was a bust in the NFL,  he was a better corner in college than Ramsey but I never said he was better in the NFL,. Ramsey was a better safety in college than he was a corner.  Chark is better by a long shot?  Lol.  I'm talking about who was the better player not who has the better 40 time.  Give me prime Hurns any day.  Hurns knew how to get open and had a knack for the end zone.  There is a reason he was voted top 100 by the players before the injury.  He would of made multiple Pro bowls had he stayed healthy

Hurns reminded me of Ernest Wilford.

You need 6 yards? He'll find a spot 7 yards deep and get the chains moving. Neither was going to stretch a defense, though.
I have a gut feeling he's gonna come back next year with a new team and have a big year. If he lands on some team like the Chargers and pairs up with Keenan Allen on the other side, I see him being a possible top 10 receiver.
Chark isn't going to get a huge contract in the offseason. Not coming after a down year in 2020 and then being on IR for most of 2021. But given the Jags lack of overall talent and speed at WR, Chark has more value to the Jags than anyone else. Either a 1 year prove it deal or 4 years/$40 M and it's a good deal for both sides.

He wasn’t a top 10 WR even when he was the WR1 for the Jaguars.

In all that time, we never had a decent QB. Put him with someone like Herbert and watch him "go off."

Id take Mike Williams over Chark. I'd do that trade off

He was actually on the cusp of being a breakout star with frickin Minshew (his first year) at QB. Then Minshew regressed then Chark got hurt.

You turd burglars need to just sign off and take a break from these terrible takes.
I think if we let chark walk after an injury year it will be a mistake. I hope we at least try to bring him back.

Too bad, I was hoping he would break out again this year. I agree hes likely done with the jags.

it all depends on price tag, surf. If someone wants to break the bank on the chance that he not only returns to form, but is able to perform above that level too, I say thanks for the memories.

I don't foresee that happening, though. I'd hold out till post-darft before any decision, though.
Would y'all rather resign Chark or get Allen Robinson back?

Hopefully we get one of Adams, Godwin, Williams, or Robinson. If we swing and miss on those 4 I'd like to bring back Chark
Chark will have to be a one year prove it type of deal. Load some nice incentives and make the offer. If he doesn't like that, see-ya.

Robinson is more of a sure thing (performance wise) at this point, but the odds of him returning are so slim it's practically a moot debate.
Chark was not a top 10 WR even as the WR1, that’s actually a fact. Don’t blame it on Minshew. He can go to any team in the league as a WR2 and never sniff top 10.

For the guy that said he was on the cusp. That just means he never could get there. If the Jaguars don’t want you then I don’t know what to say. His best year was 1008 yards. I can find that on the way to the stadium these days in the league.

It just depends on if we would give him a big enough contract or not.  He would love to play with Lawrence and he has already said he wouldnt rule out coming back to Jax. What makes you say slim?  I guess you can say that for any player being there are 31 other teams you have to compete with but I don't think his chances of coming her me are more slim than anyone else.

Dude his 2019 season was great, with a rookie Minshew (who wasn't actually good) QB matters. That's why ARob is sucking right now cuz his QBs have been [BLEEP]

With TLaw and healthy Chark absolutely can be a #1 wr.

Top ten guy? I dunno. There's a lot of good WRs in the league and it seems every two years the top of the list gets shuffled quite a bit.

Do I care if we let him walk? No. As long as we draft and/or sign a proper replacement.
Would I welcome him back on a team friendly deal? Absolutely.

Would I take ARob over him? Probably. But I wouldn't set the market for ARob either.

Just because historically, when a player leaves a franchise who is offering him good money to stay simply because he wants a change, they almost never come back. New coach, new QB, never mind all that. The odds are very slim that he returns.  I'd be shocked.

You and others are obviously free to interpret his comments in a podcast to be sincere if you wish. I have a different take.

I'd love to see him with Viska, Jones and an early pick next year, but I really doubt it happens.
