These days innocence is based on whether or not you agree politically with the defendant’s actions.
I'm not sure it's a good sign the jury is deliberating this long.

The reports are that the two were admitted to being threatened are a solid "Guilty" while the other 10 are solidly the other way. It's going to be hung at some point, those people are legitimately afraid for their lives and those of their families.
Yeah 2 in the Jury, worried about retribution.

The Defense has submitted a request for Dismissal with Prejudice

Withheld the clearer FBI video, using a doctored photo that CANNOT be used in court.
If an outside threat to any juror influences their decision in the slightest and that is known/communicated to the judge then they must be dismissed. They would not at that point be impartial and therefore not qualified to render a verdict.

I think the judge is going to do the right thing
I predicted 2 or 3 days. Could it come In by the end of the day today? Hmm

No matter how this goes, there are going to be a lot of angry people.
Prosecutors are embarrassing themselves now

That's been the case since they stepped into the courtroom.

From merriam-webster:

The legal system is about the prosecutor proving guilt.

Hence, not guilty does not equal innocence, it is just that, not guilty.

Innocence doesn't even feature in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

It may not be in the constitution, but the judicial system including the Supreme Court has ruled you are innocent until proven guilty so it's legally upheld and valid. It is considered a fundamental tenet of our judicial system.

The defense screwed up again though as they didn't demand a ruling and dismissal with prejudice. I think both them and the judge is hoping a not guilty verdict comes back.

Sounds like 2-3 Karens are holding it up, wearing masks, want to see videos that don't show anything to try to prove they are right and convict him on something.

Rittenhouse Trial Bombshell: Prosecution's Star Witness Is a Criminal with a Rap Sheet a Mile Long - Report

One of the prosecution’s star witnesses in the homicide trial of Kyle Rittenhouse has a long criminal rap sheet, and some charges he faced were dropped just before the trial began last month, according to a report.

I kind of think that this may be ruled a mistrial.  Based on the petition from the defense for mistrial along with the judge himself saying that he hasn't had the chance to review yet, I kind of think that's where this is headed.

The biggest damning thing that the prosecution did was withhold evidence and then give the defense a degraded version of said evidence after the case was argued in court.

Nobody can say that the jury isn't swayed by the actions of several "democrats" outside of the courthouse demanding a certain outcome.  Ultimately I think that the judge is going to take "the hit" by ruling for a mistrial.
Is your news over there so partisan that you don't actually know there are people outside the court from both sides? I know fox is bad but surely...

Yes, we know, but it is the ones who are threatening violence if the verdict they want isn’t arrived at that are being disruptive.

Pay attention.
I haven’t fully read all this and haven’t kept tabs via news sources. But seeing that a star witness has a rap sheet and jurors being “scared”, well folks, the mob has been doing that [BLEEP] for years. Understandably in their case. But for both sides to be potentially pulling these tactics is sickening. We’ll never know anymore who’s truly innocent or guilty as long as this crap keeps happening. John Gotti was the “Teflon Don”. Mainly because the jurors were paid off or scared. Or the main witness was a guy that killed countless guys and was testifying to reduce a sentence. So if I’m catching up enough without delving too much time into it, sounds like we’ve “mobbed” ourselves up. If that is the case [BLEEP] me.
How would jurors know they were being threatened anyway?

Ask the Gambinos.  They did it plenty of times. Oh wait, you’re talking about our new society that is threatened by the fact that there isn’t a “Great Black Shark”?

I’d argue there is a black tip Shark.  From what I gather on the porn sites, you only need the tip in that case.

One side has bull horns and they are being heard inside the building.

I wonder what Mikesez is going to do.  MSNBC has been banned from the courthouse for the remainder of the trial.
