With how bad we've been, Jamal Agnew is by far our best big-play threat on offense and ST.

Sure, he doesn't catch the ball every time, but he's the only threat we have that actually produces something meaningful and relevant to our very limited success.
It should be James Robinson for the offense, but this staff refuses to commit to feeding him the ball for whatever dumb reason they've sold themselves on. Agnew isn't even that good, he's just the only speed we have on offense.
Agnew is doing what Etienne should have
He has definitely exceeded my expectations.
Too bad he has "hands of stone." No wonder he was a DB instead of a receiver. Unfortunately, he seems to be the only WR we have that can create separation. From there, it's a gamble whether he will actually catch it. We desperately need a WR who can separate and has good hands.
Jamal Agnew is a nice surprise gadget player and back up receiver - and his return skill have surpassed my expectations.

He is kind-of our biggest threat for a big play on offense atm, outside of James Robinson.

That's not really a good thing in the big picture for our offense, but I'm stoked for Agnew and glad we at least landed a few useful pieces in free agency - though we should have landed a few more IMO.
I love Agnew and everything that he has done. But I believe that he should not be playing WR he drops every ball thrown his way. We should only use him in flashy plays on offense to give the defense headaches.

But the problem there is that you can't only use him for that or he gets keyed. He has to run routes and catch passes or he's just a one dimensional gimmick guy. Tyreek Hill kills because he can do it all but LS10 isn't because he can't catch. Agnew has to make them respect the whole game or it won't continue to work.

As impactful as Jamal Agnew was on Kickoff and Punt Returns for the Lions, he had too many muffs and fumbles on returns.  To Agnew's credit, he improved greatly in securing the ball on returns.

I'm sure Agnew is putting in the time to do the same as with his expanded role on Offense with the Jaguars, as his work ethic is a major plus.  But he probably will never be a model of consistency catching the ball.
He has speed to burn ill give him that much
