Urban is the one that put this roster together. Granted, it was bad to start with - but his mid level free agent acquisitions and draft picks that aren't getting any playing time are on him....

He literally made it worse instead of better despite being gifted a rare prospect at QB.

Belicheck, Reid, Tomlin, McVay, Arians…. They would all be able to have this team winning more games. Either by getting the most out of their QB or by coming up with legit game plans….. or both.
