The only way to remedy this is to fire Urban. Because if he gets another year, he's inevitably going to fail with a completely new offensive coordinator's system. Then Trevor would be starting Year 3 with another coordinator's system.

Urbs probably didn't try and recruit him coming out of high school, so he wasn't on his board.

They need to take the handcuffs off Trevor and let him play. They had to cuff him bc of the early season turnovers.
We have a team full of WR3s. Most of them wouldn’t even be a #2 on a good team. You gotta go get a playmaker for Lawrence.

I agree with that. That is priority #1 this offseason.
Well when your #1 pick QB is on pace to have a similar rookie stat sheet as Blaine Gabbert.. dosen't help.
