Who do you think starts at safety in place of Rashawn Jenkins?

Should be Cisco but this staff seems to hate him for some reason
Last game they split it between Thomas and Cisco.
I thought that Thomas was best suited to play more of a SS role while Cisco’s talents are best suited for the FS role.
