Thing is the team is closer to competitive then a 3 to 4 year project it just hurts because the owner blew 2 years on a lame duck GM. Just because Caldwell got you extra picks doesn't mean the guy who bought you Bortles should get more picks.

Urbz was a disaster that is only marginally better because of Lawrence. But now you are saddling him with coaching changes and a complete failure in scouting, free agency and drafting. Have to dump Baalke and start acting like a NFL franchise.
