Our abysmal kickoff coverage in the last two games begins with short, returnable kickoffs. Coverage has been terrible, it is true, but we must get a kicker who can get the kickoffs into the end zone. So the failure falls not only on the guys covering and the special teams coaches, but also on the GM who has failed to get us a kicker with a strong enough leg.
Just having a kicker who could produce touchbacks would have netted us 2 more wins solely by itself.
