Over 150 Killed in Texas County by Suspects Released on Democrat Judges Bail Reform Policies

Judges “making decisions that sound better to movements as opposed to citizens"

In Harris County, Texas, a group of Democratic judges have advanced bail reform with no regard to the safety of the community and are “making decisions that sound better to movements as opposed to citizens” says Houston attorney Charles Adams.

It's not clear from the article whether the people who got released killed 150 people and then got released, or whether they got released and then killed 150 people.

Neither is good.

True, but there is a difference.

A) Suspect is released and then kills someone.  Or,

B) Suspect kills someone, is arrested, and the judge decides he's not a threat to kill anyone else, and releases him without bail.

A lot of murder suspects get out on bail.  Some people cannot afford bail and have to stay in jail.  Some people don't think that's fair.

This is the article being referred to in the original link. So the actual answer is A and B.

155 people have been killed by someone let out on bond and 113 people charged with Capital Murder, which is the only crime in Texas that is punishable by the death penalty, have been released on bond pending trial.
