Feels to to end the season on a win and put the Colts out of the playoffs

No, dumb [BLEEP]

It's not for one game.

It's the fact that 95% of this board could see his positive traits and easily predict that these types of games were coming from the kid, but you were ignorantly focused on stats and unable to see the myriad of things holding him back that were out of his control.

And you went on, and on, and on, and on about it.
Agreed

That was like a Campbell on Campbell crime. Was it not?

Go D!!! Playing great today.

He was raw when he was drafted, played sparingly as a freshman, torn acl/injured as a sophomore, then played the national championship year before declaring for the draft. He was brought in as a project player bc his athleticism is off the charts, I think he needs a ton of coaching but should definitely be depth or rotation until he starts to flash a little more. Smoot was similar albeit not as highly drafted. Smoot was a raw player, good athlete with great measurables for the position, it took him a few years of coaching and refinement but we're seeing the results in the last few games which is marked improvement from when he was first brought in.

Smoot plays well when the team plays well. He's not a standout player.
ok now need 7 bubble screens to Marvin

Late in the game

I honestly prefer us to pick 2nd so the DE selection is decided by the Lions. You know we will pick the bust and they the HoF guy otherwise

Colts had no business in the playoffs.

It's great to have games like this; beating your opponent with stakes on the line (playoff berth for the Colts) is what we need. Not to mention the unbeaten streak at home vs. them since 2014, we need things like that to reinvigorate division rivalries again.

now that we have our QB, and it's a choice between 2 great pass rushers at the top of the draft, I don't mind letting the lions get their pick and getting the other Blue Chip player, both should be fantastic players.

He'd be a quality rotational piece behind Allen and a 1st round pick DE/OLB next year.
Hard worker, lunch pail guy who has improved each year the past three years.

Your an idiot. He has played horrible most of the year and has 1 good game and you come in here beating your chest. Pathetic delusional clown. Also a lot of the board including lots of journalist agree be me there is good reason for concern...

Thats some great points and i do think the 1st round pick tag hurts him a lot. If he was a 3rd/4th rounder then the expectations would be lower but fans and coaches expect you to hit the ground running. Hes had so many 'oh nearly' moments with rushing and could maybe benefit from developing and perfecting some kind of pass rush move to build upon. Hes still very young, just 22 i think so nowhere near his peak.

Smoot seemed to benefit from having Calais around him, seemed to learn how to win his matchup and started making plays and is arguably our best player on the Dline now.

So using many of the people saying I told you so about Lawrence today do we use that same logic with Baalke?

Jags looked great today, does that make Baalke a good gm?
I’ve really enjoyed this game
Well packers just took the lead.
