Ofcourse urban got sacrificed. Plus most of this board is glad hes gone. I think balkie and urban made those draft choices together but who knows
Urbz committed coaching harakiri.

Lawrence was the easy pick. He probably would of been crucified if not making that pick.
Campbell is the player we hoped CJ Henderson could be
Little has looked the part he last couple of weeks
Cisco seems to make an impact play or 2 a game
ETN is incomplete
IF alll can continue on the trend they played today that would be an A draft.
No.
From the get-go, the hierarchy was advertised that Urbz was HC with significant input into the roster. Only after that move was made did Khan decide to retain and promote Baalke the Clown. The blemishes on this type of transaction are many.
- if Baalke the Clown was so good, why not immediately promote him to GM at season's end?
- if Baalke was so good, why not give him the conn, regardless of the first-time HC's input?
- if Baalke was the engineer of this roster, why can the head coach mid-season? Usually if a team is faltering, the coordinator is the scapegoat. The only reason you fire the coach before all other options is because he hand-picked the players, and has either failed to perform with them, or has no idea how to use them successfully in their own gameplans.
- if Baalke isn't the problem, why are candidates refusing to interview for one of only a handful of opportunities to promote or continue one's career in a very limited field?

TONY Khan
In all seriousness, an astute member here pointed out today what a few of us had speculated around draft time.
Baalke has an affinity for players coming off injury who fall down boards. (Little, Cisco)
ETN was obviously a Meyer thing, and the players further down the draft haven't seen the field much or haven't made any remarkable impression.
Campbell is sort of the wildcard (to me anyway) - he seems more like a Baalke pick, but it's hard to have the same degree of certainty the other speculations seem to have.
...could you imagine us not changing to zone coverages during the season? Cullen might be the team MVP this season.
