Gabbert looks good. Doing what he needs to do to pick up 1st downs. One bad miss in the middle though.
I'd never root against Gabbert on another team. I am always curious to see how successful a guy who didn't play well here is capable of being in another setting.

I am happy to see Blaine Gabbert succeed with his second team, but also do not like Kaepernick.

Gabbert is such trash. His passing is terrible. Watching him play tonight makes me feel sorry for 49ers fans. I can't imagine trying to build a team around him as QB, but I hope he does well enough to never let Kapernick see the field.
One of Gabberts problem is accuracy threw that in the dirt he misses routine throws.

Gabbert was always the favorite to win the starting job because Kaepernick had injuries. I bet if CK was healthy BG would not have a chance.
