Von Miller in Duval would be very welcome indeed.

Wouldn't hurt for a year or two.

Yea lol, lady luck quite literally chose the jags as the team i would be supporting....she must know that i have a habbit of chosing sport teams with limited success  Laughing

Bengals should have kicked the FG and pushed into OT. That was a dumb call.
A 67 yard FG?

Sorry. Was distracted by something else. Mistyped.

Happy for Stafford.

Agreed. Not even running with Mixon. They ran Samaje Perine. What were they thinking? I wanted to punch a hole in the wall.

If things go well I think we can probably be in the playoffs in 2023.

I'm thinking 2025 at the earliest.

Even if we did, I'm still drafting Hutchinson or Thibodeaux at #1.

[BLEEP]... seriously [BLEEP]... that piece of [BLEEP] got burned so many times... pre Madonna doesn't deserve to win anything

It's prima donna, not pre Madonna!

You chose poorly.
I'm happy for Matt Stafford. I've always thought he was a great QB stuck on a bad team in Detroit. On that last drive, the way he literally forced the ball down the field was very impressive.
Glad Stafford (and his wife and family) got this win; they have been through alot. My only wish in the Rams winning is that Jalen would have given up even more TD passes
I have a bad taste in my mouth over how involved the refs were on the Rams' final drive. They were letting calls like that slide all day, and then we get 3 straight penalties? Garbage, imo.

Happy for Stafford and Kupp, hope OBJ and Ramsey get bent.
OBJ looks like an ACL (hope not). He's scheduled to become a FA next month. That sucks.

It really doesn’t matter if they were calling it previously in the game or not. The rules are the rules.

I saw Aqib Talib commenting on it. He said the bottom line is if you put your hands on him it’s holding or PI. He said your job as a back is to get your body position right. You take the chance to put your hands on them because it’s better than getting a touchdown. But you can’t cry when you get a flag. Because you know what the rules are.

....but if the first three times you do it you aren't flagged, you get a sense that the refs are gonna let you play that way the whole game. It was inconsistent.

Two comments... One - Cinci had a chance but that dropped pass on 3rd down before the Rams last possession was critical and gave LA a chance to win. Two - no matter how you cut it completely changing how you call pass interference like they did at that point in the game smelled, gave LA an unfair advantage in the game and was a terrible look for the league. Especially with all the conspiracy people in life.

Let's just get some context on these terms.

Debby Harry was a pre-Madonna pop vixen.

OBJ is often labeled a prima donna. Originally the Italian term for the female lead in an opera. Often known to be temperamental and egotistical.

The NFL had been trying to get a franchise back in LA for years. LA Jags. Host team wins SB for the 2nd straight year....great headline. Small market Cincy let it stay too close, small market teams need to dominate in order to remove this possibility from the game completely; you could see this one coming after Boyd dropped that ball trying to run before he had it. Of course the NFL wants to see this, because LA is the dream market and everyone gets richer when they (or the Cowboys/Patriots/etc) are on top. So yeah, inconsistent is the nice way to put it.

And Myles Jack still isn't down.
I’m reminded of a letter to Oesher’s column years ago which cited lyrics to AC/DC’s Back in Black as “nine lives, cat size”.

Given the circumstances, I think this is the best throw I've ever seen. On the game winning drive, he throws a no look bullet right past the safety and on the money. How's this even possible?
