I think Davis will end up the best NT in the league. It's been a while since we have had an elite NT in the league and I think Davis will be that. Most of the All time great 3-4 defenses had a great NT. He would also make the LBs better and their job easier. An addition of Hutch and Davis could potentially make this D elite

We'll see what they finally post for Hutch's 3 cone, but he looked awfully stiff in the drills and he looked awfully stiff in games. You know I've been questioning his burst and bend all year and he didn nothing to disprove that.
He looked great to me. I didn't see any stiffness at all and he had a very good 10 yard split.

Jordan Davis though man. I think he's going to be a Marcus Stroud type DT but better.

Hutch at 1 and pray Davis falls to 33

Keep dreaming if Davis falls to #33, I'll eat my hat.
We can put all this stuff to bed now. Hutchinson is the clear cut #1 choice. Thibodeaux really hurt himself by not participating in drills and looking "pouty." He has now fallen behind Travon Walker and maybe even Jermaine Johnson.
Yeah. Hutch needs to be the pick at #1 now.

Zero chance Davis is still on the board at #33.
Dontari Poe went #11 overall and Davis is a better football player and far more athletic.
Yeah, I am obviously confounded. He just doesn't show that bend in games. These b2b2b clips just show a guy who is stiff as a board not a guy who has elite bend. Not sure I can recall someone as confusing as that.

That was 10 years ago, the league has changed. You think he goes top 10?

I am being completely serious, because I have asked several times and no one has showed me, but can someone please show me a rep where he dominates a tackles with bend/burst?
Every outside rep win I've seen him win has been because he won the hands battle and got the OT off balance and then he got around. I really want to see it cause I am thoroughly confused by him.
I'm not upset that Thibs skipped out on the field work, but I am pretty upset that he didn't do any of the drills after the two most useless ones.

Probably not top 10, but wouldn't be a bit surprised to see him go in the top 20. And it may have been 10 years since Poe was taken #11, but the league hasn't changed that much in terms of teams drafting bigs early.
Vita Vea went #12 overall in 2018. Daron Payne went #13.
You also have guys like Derrick Brown, Javon Kinlaw, Quinnen Williams, Christian Wilkins, Ed Oliver, Dexter Lawrence, Jeffery Simmons etc who all got drafted in the top 20 in recent drafts.
As I said originally, Zero chance Davis is still on the board at pick #33.

Lol, you said the same thing about Barmore last year. I don't think he will be there but there is a chance. DJ had him going 32 to the Lions

Highly doubt I said that about Barmore last year, but feel free to show me where I did.
Yea, 32 to the Lions before he blew the ceiling off the building at the Combine. He's only going to continue too go up, up and up.
Jordan Davis right now is not a very good pass rusher and he tend s to take a lot of plays off. He tested off the charts and it doesn’t mean he can’t improve his pass rush, but it’s disconcerting when it”s clear as day when he completely takes a play off(most likely due to conditioning).in the run game he is dominant but idk how high I would take him. If he slipt to 33 I would highly consider it but I wouldn’t take him in the top 10. But based off his combine someone will overdraft him.
