The thing about destroyed records is that it's very hard to prove they ever existed, after they were destroyed.
Stuff was also recovered from Hillary that she thought she had destroyed.
The penalty for violating the Presidential Records Act is that you are barred from office. Very appropriate. I hope Trump is prosecuted. Should be a slam dunk.
