He didn't damage anything, didn't steal anything, didn't even run inside the building. The video of his entrance is also timed at more than half an hour after Congress had adjourned, so how did his presence inside disrupt their proceeding? Basically the entire criminal filing is, according to the persecutors, an "attempt to deter domestic terrorism", the domestic terrorism of protesting your government from the wrong side of the aisle, and that makes this a political persecution.

I'm not sure that Such Rheteric is entertainable, BUT let's start with his/their intentions BEFORE they stepped foot out of their home let alone boarding an flight to the destination. The fact that he/they entered an GOVERNMENT building to which they over ran Capital Police Barriers, Capital Police, Shimmied the Capital walls, broke out the Capital windows and broke down the Capital doors to gain entrance to the Government Capital Bldg. says the least.

He knew what he was doing. He was a grown man. He got caught up in being an Trumpster. No disrespect BUT he/they were summoned by JA45, they responded and now he/they have to face the consequences. Where's JA45 now w/respect to helping ALL of the offenders? JA45 could care less about any of them. He's next by the way.

How can you judge the actions/intent of any one individual based solely on the actions/intent of others?  Many were there to simply protest and did so peacefully.   Would it be fair to assume that everyone who attends a BLM protest does so with the intent to riot and destroy property?

There's no evidence of what you wrote there and much evidence to the contrary. They have his whole incursion on video and he did nothing resembling that fevered sweat dream you wrote.

Yet at the same time Hurricane's response to an ANTIFA "protestor" throwing a molotov cocktail at a Government building..

"Just exercising his right to protest"

That's a lie.  I never once stated that throwing a molotov cocktail at a Government building is within anyone's right to protest.

I've only judged the actions/intent of oneself by the actions of oneself of which was intended. If such actions wasn't intended, he/they would'nt have STEPPED Foot inside the barriered property of the Capital let alone within the interior walls of the Capital. It's Illegal for oneself to do so when oneself is barred from doing so.
