Wow! Russell Wilson traded to the Broncos for what is being described as a massive haul!
Now is the time to strike. D.K. Metcalf is not gonna want to stay in Seattle now. Make the Seahawks a trade offer and get us a true #1 WR for Trevor.
Washington didn't put enough on the trade Plate.
NH3...

Yes..by all means...get Metcalf!
Sutton looks good on my dynasty team!

Maybe Seattle will want to get above Detroit for the QB from Liberty!
I would trade down to 9 for Metcalf and another pick or two.
I don't see Wilson keeping up with Mahomes, Carr and Herbert in that division.

I dunno. He'd sure have the weapons to do so.
Looking good for us so far that none of these QB's are landing in the Division.

There's still one I'm worried about...Jimmy G.

Sign me up! I would do that in a heartbeat!

Jimmy G doesn't worry me at all. When he's healthy (which isn't that often,) he's just an above average QB.

He got the 49ers to a Super Bowl a couple of years ago, and had control of that game until the end.
He would get similar (though not as much) help in Indy as he had in SF.
I want Indy to suck for a while. Let them keep Wentz or somehow downgrade.
I'm hearing 2 1sts....2 2nds....Noah Fant...Drew lock...and edge Shelby Harris for Russell Wilson and a 4th

That sounds like a bad deal in the long run for Denver, but being in a QB rich Division, they really have no choice. Looks like they are copycatting the Rams and Les Snead on how to enhance a team for the short haul.

There are so many outstanding QBs in that division, there was no good long term plan for them.
There are no franchise signal callers in this year's draft. There may not be any in next year's, and if there are, Danver may not have been in a position to get one any cheaper than what they just gave away.
If they didn't make a move for Wilson, they risk wasting that considerable offensive skill talent getting blown out game after game.
At least now they have a chance to keep up.

That's really not as high of a price as I would've thought. Fant is good, not great. Harris is good, not great and Lock is well.......... Drew Lock. Personally, I would've demanded someone like Garett Bolles or Bradley Chubb be part of the deal.
Wow. And Fant?!
Drew lock is garbage but plenty of ammo for next year when the QB class is much much better. Be really bad next year and then draft Stroud or Bryce.

But Chubb has been injury prone.
I don't care if Seattle didn't get enough from Denver or not...esoecially if they decide to trade Metcalf in a move up to our pick.
Hmmm. Imagine moving down to 2 and getting and extra pick or 2 from Detroit, then moving down to 9 and getting Metcalf and another couple of picks. "Greed...foor want of better phrasing...is good."

Wow. Seattle got a lot of good picks and some good players. Crazy trade all around.
You have to feel bad for the players that are included in that deal. They get traded and still have drew lock as their quarterback!
The PFN draft simulator provided some interesting trade offers from Seattle.
They offered the 9, both 2nds (41 and 42) and both of next year's 2nd round picks.
I took it and ran...then traded back again with New Orleans for next year's 1.
