Once every few years the admin will look to add mods. How he goes about it may change, but there's usually a slight window possibly with a Sideline thread about adding more. As I recall, hb, while they did simply email you, it was during one of those windows where quite a few were added. It's been a while since they last added mods, but they usually do it in the offseason, so chances are they might just look to add more next spring.
