Yo, you want to sell your EBT card. I'm currently offering 15 cents on the dollar?
Why are you such an angry little man. You definitely strike me as the criminal type. So you take advantage of welfare recipients a lot? Man, that's just ugly...
So no on the card?
Buuuwhhahhaaa!! Be sure to write your leader creepy joe a thank you note for your welfare payment.

What? I think we're a long ways off from that I hope at least. We've had major talks about should education be free or government funded and student loans being forgiven for years, I've never heard of fha loans being absorbed by the fed. That would be crazy straight communism at that point do you even own the house in that case? Yikes that's scary to think about.

I really hate to break it to you, but you NEVER own your house.

What college courses did you take that left you in a situation where you could not pay back a $30,000 student loan?
I'm not judging you. I'm just curious.

Yes and no you own the equity of the house but yes you always have to pay property taxes.
Getting old sucks. I was just ranting the other day about property taxes. It's almost unfathomable how much money you pay to the government to own a house.

Tell me about i have a private road that I have to maintain with my neighbors, no public utilities, no public mail delivery, and we do get trash pickup most weeks unless the road washes out. Yet I pay $1300 a year for my property.

Dude.. where the hell you live?
Ruby Ridge? lolol
Just breakin' balls lol
Property taxes may stress you out, but they are literally the only kind of tax that has been shown to encourage economic growth even as they increase. Every tax, at a low rate, has the effect of legitimatizing the government and the currency. But at typical rates, most taxes slow down economic activity and investment and growth. But property taxes continue to promote investment even at commonly used rates. If you have to have taxes, and you do, property taxes should be preferred.
How is it that Trump couldn’t find the money to build the wall, but Biden has unchecked unlimited access to America’s checkbook?

Wrong, all taxes slow economic activity and property tax is no exception. Generally speaking, the greater the tax, the greater the impact. Property tax is just somewhat unique, because it's a fixed annual amount, rather than a factor of consumption or income.
My wife’s student loans have been canceled!!!! Woo woo! But not because of this [BLEEP]. She went and made money and paid them off.
