Conclusion: Joy Reid thinks only minorities loot.
He should have gone further and said just like the liberal no cash bails, we will not prosecute anyone for shooting a looter.
That would have driven them crazy.

I mean, don't black people get tired of their own throwing them under the bus? The only people talking about it as if blacks are the offenders are people like her. I'd be pissed if I was constantly being made an example of.
