26 years old, started 13 games for the Pats last year. 

 

We should take a very serious look at this guy.  

 

First they tried to trade him, the trade fell through, then they tried to re-sign him, those talks fell apart, and now they've cut him.  

No thanks, we have Joeckel.

Not quite sure why the Pats are getting rid of him but he's young and has starting experience. Worst case, he provides a nice safety net once Joeckel proves to be a bust at guard.

 

I would love for DC to bring him in but I highly doubt it's going to happen. 

I won't be surprised if we go after him, but I also won't be surprised if we don't. That being said, he makes much more sense than Sitton did. He's younger, probably cheaper. But then again, always be wary of a player NE lets go lol

We seem to be all in on the Joeckel train. Alan Faneca in his prime could be a FA and offer to play for free and we would still stick with trash joeckel

I mean, I know you're being sarcastic. But that's actually a legit argument in favor of Kline.

I can't remember him particuarly but last year the Pats Oline was a disaster once the starters went down in the second part of the season.

And that was more than evident against Denver when Brady took a massive beating (I think it was the QB more hit in a game since a couple of decades or something like that). 

 

I doubt that if he was any good Belichick would have let him go just like that considering they already have one of their OL starters on IR. 

 

Not saying we shouldn't upgrade our Oline but I have my doubts that Kline would be that.

He looks like Joeckel in those 2 gifs. Pass on him.

No thanks. There isn't a fix for LG right now. That's what the next draft is for.

Pats drafted two guards, and they have Jonathan Cooper from the Chandler Jones trade.

 

Kline is just not good. Pats fans call hime a "below average guard".

We had the fix for LG in Cann. But Linder got moved to C and now Cann plays RG. If Bowanko was healthy I'd put him at C and put the RG as Linder and Cann as the LG. But I don't make the calls.

He's a backup depth guard, not a starting guard. Pass.
