If he did dodge the draft, that was half a century ago. 
What taxes has he illegally evaded?  I'm sure he has (legally) avoided some, that's what tax accountants do for their clients, Democrat and Republican.  
If you eliminated EVERY politician and government official who has ever lied about something, who would be left?

You can't trust the machines or the people. The people running the elections have been openly ignoring and violating state laws with no consequences.
