I'd love to retire...and not have to be concerned about money.
I would rid myself of my Cancer. I can't seem to do that, even with the help of some very good doctors.

Sail around the world in my own sail boat that i would also live in.
If I could do anything, it would be to hit it big once on the stock market, like billionaire big. Then I would use that money to basically do nothing but travel the world for the rest of my life. I would go to third world countries and legit provide access to water, and farming resources to help thrive and survive. My philanthropic efforts would be the stuff of legends.
