In Canada, furious parents are banding together to file a massive lawsuit against the creator of Fortnite, the video game. The parent company of Fortnite, Epic Games, stands accused of creating a game that is so highly addictive for children that kids who play the game no longer take showers or eat proper meals. Canada’s Supreme Court has allowed the lawsuit to proceed despite Epic Games claiming that “we believe the evidence will show that this case is meritless” and that “we plan to fight this in court.”
