It's definitely been a great Christmas.

Jags are on the verge of being a playoff team, my Noles are finally back in a bowl game and we're alive. Gotta love it.

Still waiting to hear if Verse is coming back. I think he's the last major piece of the puzzle.

Too much coquito last night.

We had the traditional Christmas where my brother comes over and yells at me about politics for 5 straight hours.

Sounds like my brother in law.  I generally just go to a different room when he starts.  My wife’s family is large enough where I can find a different room and conversation.

Had some company who were chaffing at my request to avoid political discussion for the holiday. When they refused, I gave them a temporary suspension but they whined that I was denying them their constitutional rights. We compromised on some bourbon on the rocks and there's peace on Earth again. For now at least.
