Yeah, I say, think and do messed up things.

I thought he was annoying before but he has toned down a lot of his silly social media activity. He promotes their brand because these are his businesses. He’s being groomed to eventually be the Jags primary owner. The players seem to like him, at least they don’t seem to mind him.y

His annoyingness might be his genius and help turn the team around. The power of understanding how to use social media to connect the fans with the team and giving them a feeling of being involved with the team-case in point all the twitter trends, merchandising, hype videos, and catchphrase cheers; it's right out of the pro wrestling marketing playbook. He does it damn well, I hope he stays on that side of the operations of the team. And I don't like him.

I'm glad Shad Khan has a younger voice in the room that contributes. 
I've heard nothing but good things about Tony from "insiders" I've interacted with.
