I don’t know how PFF grades LB but it seemed like every time I Oluokon was supposed to be covering the TE he was open.

I love Oluokun.  Every time we had to make a key tackle, he made the tackle.  He made the last 3 tackles in a row, solo tackles, to stop the Titans on that final drive.  Even when he was covering someone else, he came off his man and made the tackle on the receiver.  He has far and away the most solo tackles in the NFL this year.  I don't know if what you say is true, "every time I Oluokon was supposed to be covering the TE he was open," but in my opinion, in the modern NFL, it is very hard for any linebacker to cover any decent TE.

I really think Oluokun is one of our 3 best players.
Just bc a player headed out poorly does not mean he’s not a good player.

Jenkins proves that every week. Fortner has given up 1 sack regardless of how he grades out. It’s a crystal ball league.

Rayshawn Jenkins, despite getting trucked by Derrick Henry, has made 3 of the biggest plays of the Jags season since the Dallas game.

Rayshawn kind of reminds me of Troy Palamalu the way he flys around the field.  A little boom or bust at times but definitely makes big plays and seems to be around the ball a lot.   I'm not saying Rayshawn is Troy but rather the style of play and certain results.

Does Little need to be at left tackle though?  He couldnt beat out Jawan at right and Jawan has been solid this year but not great.  If Cam can play right better than Little, then move him over there.  So far I haven't noticed a drop off at left with Little.

He was younger, weaker and they didn't really give him much chance in an Urban Meyer staff to "beat out' anyone.

I wouldn't assume much from the 2021 catastrophe.

I never said I didn’t like Oluokon.  He was talking about PFF grades and I offered a possible explanation.  I’ve watched the game three times now and 23 was on the TE a lot on first down catches and the TD.

It would appear - looking around their league wide LB grades - that the coverage culpability skews those LB numbers somewhat commonly.

Happens to 90% of the LBs league wide to some degree.  Most can't cover TEs consistently well.
His run d number is 66 (good) and his coverage number is 43 (not good) - so it makes sense that his overall suffers, but they probably need to re-weight the coverage implications.
