You mean the reports that are not based whatsoever on fact? They keep trying to deceive the public into thinking wikileaks is a Russian operation or something. Sounds like a conspiracy theory.
They are inverting reality... which they so often do over and over and over and over. The DNC was hacked and exposed as a totally corrupt organization. But the "cyber criminals" who exposed them are now the ones we should fear.... lol.

Problem - rigging of elections (which Obama said can't happen even though the DNC just rigged the primaries for Hillary).
Reaction - Russian hackers did it (no evidence of this).
Solution - put the Democratic administration in charge of elections (after Obama said the Republican nominee is not fit for office).

Her primary between Obama was closer than it was with Sanders. Nobody had issues with Super Delegates then.
