I think Evan Engram because I just Dont believe Njoku is there at 35 along with Deshaun Watson.. Thats a joke for me though not gonna happen.. Watson to talented to not be a first rounder imo..
I believe Fournette is 4th pick.. Engram is the 35th pick because he would be that pass catching TE that Julius never was imho..
In this scenario it's Watson all day.
Dion Dawkins or Dan Feeney
Charles Harris at 35 makes sense here.
Engram is a WR; he weighs a minimum 30 lbs less than a typical TE.
If we take Fournette, it will be either OL or DL in the second.
Since our first pick will be d-line, I'll go with Njoku. He'll provide a nice safety net for Bortles. Coughlin is on record saying he wants a tight end that can do it all. That isn't Engram. He's useless as a blocker.
I'm saying Fournette followed by a guard. They signed Rivera and this TE class is deep so they probably will attack that later on. Gotta sure up the trenches.

Then that would suggest Adam Shaheen.

Ya but Njoku played real competition and graded out as PFF best run blocker. I don't get the hype on Shaheen his tape isn't that good and I know his athletic numbers are good but you can say the same for Hodges and Kittle.

Jordan Reed plays at 246, that's not too far off of engram being 234

It's another 10 lbs though. He has 4.4 speed, would be worth a 2nd rd pick at WR. I'd rather have O.J. Howard who is 6'6" and ran a 4.51 for a TE.

You wont get Howard in the 2nd like you can Engram
You have to take Watson in this scenario.

That's why you take him the first.
BGA
Best guard available
Or if Njoku is there it would be a tough decision for me.
Chances are Njoku won't be there are you almost have to take him, but I'm assuming he's gone and taking Dawkins. I like Dawkins over Feeney for the Jaguars LG spot, and he can play outside in a clinch. It's also a tough call taking Dawkins over Engram, but I'm going with need over talent there. Ask me another time and I might very well take Engram opting to get the OL in round three.

While I'd personally pass on Watson at #35, he's not making it that far. The top four QBs will all be gone. If we go QB at #35, we need to be thinking Davis Webb or Nathan Peterman.
Similarly, I really don't see Charles Harris falling to #35. I can see him going real late in round one, but he's not getting past the Steelers and Falcons.

He's on the slight side for a TE, but he's got WR speed making him very intriguing.
Have you seen some of the TEs on our roster?
- Neal Sterling - 6-4, 257
- EJ Bibbs - 6-2, 258
- Alex Ellis - 6-4, 245
- Mychal Rivera - 6-3, 245
At 6-3, 234 he'd fit right in... plus you know the rookie will bulk up a bit in the weight room.
