I'm glad Gus' crappy scheme is gonna keep Telvin or Jack on the bench for Skuta. Good coaching isn't about being flexible and adapting your strategy in order to maximize the talent on the roster. It's all about pigeon holing players in an inflexible scheme no matter what.
