Sad to hear Snowie ... Stick with it fella, I'm sure you've plenty of friends on the board wishing you all the best and waiting for the videos when you're ready!
Sorry to hear that. Hope everything gets better in due time.
Here's hoping things improve for you fellas.
Hope things improve for you and your family, Snowie.
Thank you all very much
no change, and things are getting worse.
its been a while since i updated this posts.   we are not in new home yet ,but hopefuly will be sooner then later.   anyways heres the deal  last july dad ,and i were out of town for the weekend ,the wire to the icemaker in our refegtior broke ,and we got lots of water

damage on main level, and in basment.  our insurence took care of us for our personel loses day we had things dryed out ,and floor torn apart.  the insurence for the HOAS sent them the money last Augest and the HOAS was gonna just keep at it,and not fix our

house. both dad ,and i are haveing to see a thearpists do to all of that happening last year.  If you all rember i have some disbilties,i recently found out i tested borderline austustic.   even knowing i have the disbilties the HOA wasn't gonna let us get house fixed.

well thank God for people who defend those with disbilties, cause dad filled a compliant to them on how they were treating us, mainly me though.  a few days after our interview with the lady from the disabiltys act here in north Carolina the HOAS jumped on us

getting our house fixed up.  why do i tell you all of this here today on the board in hope you can understand better why it has been so hard for me to be postive about anything.  Its super hard to be postive when theres a lot of netgiave going on in your life.

the main thing now is things are starting to look more on the up. also haveing part of your disabitly as emtiontial makes things even harder.

Your feelings are totally understandable considering the circumstances. Try to hang in there; it's obvious that many on this board are pulling for you and your dad!
we are doing our best to hang in there.   we are seeing the therpists this comeing tuesday ,and i got some tough things to talk to him about.
our house is  just about fixed up thanks to the disabiltys act people. dad contacted them, and after they  talked to the HOA  people, they started working on getting our house fixed.  things are getting better that way,my dad is still stresing me out with some things, but its also my fault as well cause theres things i have to hide from him. its nothing bad just  unusal for a 50 year old male. its mostly open minded people ,and moms that understand it the most.

I think he knows you're a Jags fan, snowy. It's been a few years since that was a mark of shame, anyway.

Big Grin

Glad to hear your house is nearly done. Two months post-storm and we're just now getting the estimate from the contractor. Probably another 4-6 months to get all the repairs done. Yeesh.

Mikey when you get  a chance can you send me a pm please.   the thing i have to hide has nothing to do with football ,if it did my dad would be ok with it.
