With Biden in office, expect this kind of thing to continue. Some of the more aggressive countries sees the US as weak at the moment.

China claims Taiwan is part of it's territory and that it flies toward the island on a near-daily basis

China’s military sent over seven aircraft sorties and five ships operating around the Taiwan Strait, Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense said.
On Saturday, mainland China’s military, known formally as the People’s Liberation Army, said that seven aircraft sorties and five ships were detected near the island in a 24-hour period.

China is testing our resolve. With irons in the fire in both Ukraine and Gaza, they're seeing if we still have the national will and resources to protect Taiwan. If I were China, I would be doing the same thing.
They already have little camps and spies set up on our soil, we're allowing politicians on a national basis to sell them our land and enable them to develop whatever they want over here at the moment. They're economically bittersweet as it stands today to deal with trading wise. It wouldn't benefit neither country unless they're prepared to go full tilt with the whole East Vs. West mantra and drum that's been getting beaten louder and louder for quite some time now.

They're literally testing the waters at the moment because they know we're stretched thin between two proxy wars. As soon as Biden is out of office, and his MIC buddies are cut off from their blood money supply? Things may somewhat normalize.

At least globally. Over here though? I am telling you. We're [BLEEP]. I fully expect another 9/11 style attack to take place here next year. It's pretty apparent that we've allowed terrorists and terror cells to get across the southern border and we've seen a generation of our own people now brainwashed on both sides from drinking the Kool-Aid at these universities, schools and rallies.

It's one thing to be Pro-Israel, Pro-Palestine and all that other good stuff. But, when you're now displacing your own country's flag? And waving their flag? Above ours? You have lost your way.

Scary times. Be prepared! Stay safe friends!
They have been routinely flying closer and closer to Taiwan. This has been happening for years. I believe it's an attempt at conditioning, so that when they do strike, they catch them unprepared.
