Still confused as to why the sky is falling. We’re 6-3. Most of us had us at 6-3 at this point of the year.

Yeah, Houston is better than expected, but we’re still in the driver seat and if take care of business the next two weeks we’d be 2 games up going into the last month.

Nature of the game. I think they'll be fine and hum along offensively enough to win the division and maybe make a tiny little Magikarp splash in the post season but I am not expecting a tidal wave out of them like a Gyrados. Forgive my poorly water type Pokemon analogies. Been a wet and rainy week since Sunday.

It is what it is though. For me? It's just the fact that this offense has had been a wet powder keg of dynamite all year and we're just trying to see if this staff can find enough time for Lawrence via play calling and creativity to air the powder out and get some damn explosions going.

Bring in Michael Bay man. He'll [BLEEP] direct some explosions into this offense. "What's that? No interior line? No problem - check this [BLEEP] out"

They will. Going to be a slobber knocker this Sunday with the tacks and probably a fun shootout with the tinhorns the following Sunday. We're winning both games though. I think. Maybe. Yes. I think, maybe, for sure, we will win both games.

Yes. For sure.
I think allot of us too soon forget what it’s like to be talking about draft position already.

No, we’re not winning the SB most likely. Our OL won’t let us. But we’re not eliminated going into thanksgiving. We forget how big of an improvement this is.

Since this string is predictions for the back half the year, I'll base it on the predictions beginning the year.

Before the season

Week 1 Indianapolis - W I do not recognize the name transfer from Baltimore. Johnny U played in Baltimore, the name stays there.
Week 1 - Called it a Win
Week 2 Cheifs - L
Week 2 - Called it a Loss
Week 3 Texans - W We welcome a rookie to the NFL
Week 3 - Called it a Win, missed this one, but in all honesty I had no idea the team would do it's best Keystone cops impression.
Week 4 Falcons - W
Week 4 -Called it a Win
Week 5 Bills - L Bills avenge a few key losses to the Jags
Week 5 - Called it a Loss, A miss, I know jet lag is the convenient excuse, but a better one is the Bills injury fest that occurred.
Week 6 -Indianapolis - W We welcome another rookie to the NFL
Week6 - Called it a Win
Week 7 - Saints - W Years of cap hell take their toll.
Week 7 - Called it a Win
Week 8 - Steelers - W The scoreboard lights up like a pinball machine.
Week 8 - Called it a Win, except the scoreboard was no pinball machine.
Week 9 - 49ers - L Kyle Shanahan shows the league on way to beat the Jags.
Week 9 - Called it a Loss. I did not expect a blow out to be honest. But nor did I expect Larry, Moe and Curly to suit up in Jag uniforms and play on our OL.

Week 10 - Titans - W The Titans forget to watch the 49er game.
Week 11 - Texans - L Texans watch the 49er game and have the ball bounce their way. (I hate their battle red btw)
Week 12 - Bengals - L Cinci is just that good. Changing this one to a W,
Week 13 - Browns - W Doug flips the script introducing new stuff
Week 14 - Ravens - W Ravens will be playing with a backup QB by this week.
Week 15 - Bucs - W No more Brady ...
Week 16 - Panthers - W Payback for that first Hall of Fame game.
Week 17 - Titans - L They break our home win streak, but lose the division anyway.

Basically I expected to be 6-3 as we are.
Barring injuries, I was looking for us to go 5-3 the second half, but for some reason now I am expecting 6-2. (old fools never learn huh?)
I'm Captain Optimism today. I think the Jags legit win the next 4 games because the tittians just aren't very good then we get a payback game and 2 back up QBs. Baltimore will be a pick 'em then they win the last three. The tough part of the schedule suddenly looks a bit lighter after yesterday.

Agreed.
Yeah I feel for burrow, love him as a player. But jags caught a break now on that matchup. Thankfully they can’t flex us out of MNF I believe. How long has it been?

Yeah MNF is safe.  However, when Lamar got tackled on the sideline and went into the tent, the thought that immediately crossed my mind was that we're definitely getting flexed out of SNF if Lamar is out.

Burrow out for year.
Jags caught a break.

Bangles and browns both lose their qbs.

The Browns really screwed up by signing massage man.

I feel a bit sorry for Burrow personally but it should make it easier for us which is a higher priority.
So playing the AFC North streak at the end of the year might look to be a break after this week.

Yeah. Still have Panthers and Buccaneers as well. If they can win these next two it will go a long way towards not only winning this division but potentially getting a top seed. I don't think #1 or #2 are out of the question yet.

We get a direct say in it with the Ravens if they win that one. It's going to be tough but I hope the 49ers game was the punch to the mouth this team needed to wake up.

Detroit has been better since the Baltimore beat down. Maybe we see a turn around.

Levis X2
Browning
DTR/PJ
Bryce Young
Stroud
Lamar
Baker

That's our remaining QB competition on the schedule. Stroud and Lamar being the biggest two threats.

Realistically? I think it's beyond reasonable to expect this team to win at least 11 games at the minimum.

Josh Allen will get 3 sacks in this game

It's possible. Levis is entering this Sunday for his 4th start and he's already the 13th most hit QB in the league.

Pretty wild. Hopefully Caldwell dials up some different blitzes and coverages to get him to hesitate.

Sunday might come down to which team can keep its QB upright for longer from their bad olines.
