Jags have a better chance of winning games with Rourke

Browning wasn't a winner until last night. What's your point? Beathard went 9/10 last night. Should have been 10/10 for a W had Harrison not been flagged on the Ridley bomb in OT.

Also, you do realize we have Doug Pederson, correct? The coach that took Nick Foles to a Superbowl and won it against Tom Brady and Bill Belichick? After he lost his MVP level QB at that time in Carson Wentz?

You should write a stern letter to Shad Khan about your concerns.

yes he did,but that was with the eagles. NFL loves places like philey,ne,kanas city,  everywere except Jacksonville. they hate  Jcksonville. Wayne weaver, and his money is only reason jacksonville got a nfl team money talks.  they don't even want  the jags from Jacksonville sniffing a Super bowl. that wasn't a hold, bengals held entire game, and not one flag was thrown on thier offense for holding.
Amazing news regarding Trevor. This team has to keep fighting and grinding to get a W until his ankle is at least stable enough to be able to move. Lawrence won't be the same QB without his mobility.

We've been one of, if not, the least penalized football team this year and we've been leading the NFL in getting penalties in our favor, especially with defensive holding and pass interference.

Not sure where this is coming from, but, those are actual facts that cannot be disputed and you can look it up on your end. The reality is that, the hold was there, Beathard rolled directly into the protection over there and that's where the throw and play was made.

If you have to rely too much on the stripes or a kicker to win your football games for you? You have failed in the front office in evaluating and building the right team.

There's no agenda here. There's no slight of hand. If anything, I could counter argue and play a few cards here that should technically be in our favor. For all of the "wokeness" the NFL was putting out over the past few years with the "end racism" slogan, etc.

Why wouldn't they want to rig it in favor of Jacksonville? A team that has an owner with dual citizenship? With foreign roots? A minority? From overseas? With a direct in towards globalizing the brand via the London connection and Wembley Stadium ownership? Why would he want a new stadium here? Why would he drop money here locally to reignite some much needed life downtown?

Not buying it man. This team has been winning plenty of football games since midseason of last year. The only thing that's slowed down this team, which it's slowed it down since last year and the year before, was, poor line play on both sides of the football. Something most fans were seeing and calling out left and right in the bigger games.

It's as simple as that. The reason we're overcoming some of those two glaring weaknesses? It's because Trevor Lawrence is actually playing like the Generational Talent he was billed out to be and it's because Doug Pederson has the coaching pedigree to get it done in a wide variety of ways.

OL just absolutely HAS to find a way to get the run game going and take pressure off the QB.
The run blocking is just horrible.

Obviously they need to protect better than they did Monday too, but the run game is totally dead in the water right now.

I pray these coaches and F.O. guys are learning a hard lesson about neglecting the trenches and they alter course on that strategy.

burn the end around plays from the playbook, please. Those and the silly outside routes that call for the ballcarrier to run right back into the center of the field. Usually runs the receiver right into a tackle. Just don't get those plays at all. Would be different if we were pancaking defenders out there, but guys end up running directly into the pursuit.

Thought Cincy did well to augment the run game and stretch horizontally with screens. Press could learn a thing or two from his brother.

I don't think we can win another game. we  will end season on a 6 game loseing streak. complete oppsiotte of last season ,and Texans will will win division.

oh yes we have lost our starting qb,we are not cabpable of winning games with back up qbs  unless its davied garrard, or Nathen Rourke, but Bearthead stinks, and can't win.

Good to know. Logging off and tuning out until April. Let me know if we sign any free agents to decent contracts when I return.

Bearthead. Here's a tip, remember his name as Beat hard and you shouldn't have trouble spelling it.
I'm still too pissed off about last night to even think about next steps. I haven't been this pissed about and disappointed in a game and against the team in a long time and it's not just one thing.

I just keep thinking we don't deserve a post season after last night's Charlie Foxtrot of a defense. What in the actual hell was that all about? I know there were other issues but we got carved up like a Freddy Krueger victim by a third string QB.

We keep talking about the OL and we do have needs there but our defense is no better than a woman on her damn period or in menopause.... in perpetuity. Hot and cold; up and down; mental disruptions; crying, moaning. We executed poorly. We're not at our best. We've got to do better. Blah, blah, blah.

Shut up and do your damn job!!

Did I say I'm still pissed off?
This is all scripted. What are the odds Pederson gets another football team, with a top QB talent, gets an injury that sets back the team while on a winning streak and roll? Only to maybe see his back-up QB get on a hot streak and keep Lawrence on the bench? LOL.

Just kidding. We all know Lawrence is playing again before the end of the regular season. Scripts a little different this time. It'll be okay. We'll be in Vegas. Playing the 49ers. We'll win by 1 point. Can't wait.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it, Wolfie.

do yourself a favor and take a break from posting. You're your own worst enemy at this point. Doing yourself no favors here.

We all have a tendency to overreact at times. Myself included.

Snowy reached out to me and let me know why he's so upset.
I'm sure he'll be fine soon.
Ah yes my star qb got injured from a  bad oline

Let's go right ahead and draft a WR in the 1st round

As long as you are in that head, reroute the specific circuits that will make him concentrate on the IDL and the O line.
Houston has the easier path.

It would be nice if we make it as a wild card.

But Press Taylor is our OC.  Unless Trevor Lawrence comes back, we're not gonna make the playoffs.  Press Taylor just doesn't do what other OC's do.  He's a chump.  And we're here suffering through it.

Lawrence's last three games say otherwise. Still don't understand this hate for Press Taylor. I mean, for [BLEEP]'s sake, Beathard comes in and was basically perfect in short order with Press calling the plays. We should have won last night. Had it not been for a holding call.

My God man, you need to stop with this nonsense. You act like we have Matt Canada or Jedd Fisch on this staff or something. Holy [BLEEP] man.
I don’t have a hate boner for Press like some people on here. But I do see several other offensive coordinators who have a better schemed offense than we do. We rely too much on razzle dazzle, tricksy plays and not enough on cleverly designed route combinations. We need to see some improved play designs added in the off season.

Plus, although our biggest needs are on the offensive line and defensive line, we could really use a strong, bruising, bulky running back to get us 3 yards between the tackles when we need it.

Preach, sister.  This is exactly how I feel.  I've been angry all day.

You are so entirely and unabashedly [BLEEP] stupid.

Taylor is far from our biggest problem.  Our offense was humming all night.

I bet Mr. Americus walks the dang line!

But you’re not wrong, sister. Last nights loss was on a defense who made Browning look like Brady.

He works night shift and is gone 14 out of 24 hours so he isn't around enough to get me this angry.  Big Grin Once in awhile we have words but if something happens, either by the time he gets home at 0730 from work I've already slept it off or by the time he wakes up to go to work I've already had the day to blow off steam.

He didn't escape it this morning though. I think I woke up still angry about the game so when he got home and he asked about Trevor's status I went off about the game. "Trevor will be fine, but let me tell you how asinine that game was!" And I went on from there. Poor guy couldn't shower and get to bed fast enough.
At this rate, let’s give up the top seeding and enter the playoffs as the visiting team, as sad as that sounds, it seems like the Jags are more motivated on the road
