No but he's the genius who picked a 3rd string TE and 3rd string RB when we needed line help. Especially when our line has been the biggest reason outside of OC. It's also the reason our starting QB is injured and having to play through a high ankle sprain that would put anyone else out for 4 to 6 weeks.

The front line talent is marginally good, but at the kind of level that still loses badly to the elite teams. Baalke has had three seasons of stocking up on backup linebackers, it's time for Khan to let him know his services won't be needed moving forward.

Some changes need to be happening.

Nah, like someone else said it was lost the second Doug decided to let Press take over all play calling and every week since then that he hasn't taken it back.
Doug’s a good organizational guy and he’s got a good offensive mind but he needs to evaluate his staff on the offensive side. We’ve been saying since week 1 that they need to clean some things up and here we are at the tail end of the season and we’re still seeing these mistakes. Need some changes this offseason.
Seeing Indy or Houston win this division is going to be extremely painful.
