David Tepper the Panthers owner is just a spoiled child mess. He fires head coaches yearly and is maybe the worse owner in the league.  I guess he didn't like the Game yesterday and was caught throwing his drink on fans.

He's probably the worst owner in the league.
So are they going to sue him? Technically they could and could get some nice $$$.

They can't sue him unless they can show some damages.  I don't see how getting doused with a gin and tonic would damage anyone.

Wasting a gin and tonic should be a felony.

I would wonder about any NFL rules even though owners are probably immune.

Oh they definitely can, it’s considered assault in many states - it’s the same as throwing a punch.

I don't think it was a punch. It looked more like a cocktail.

BaDum Tsssss!

Thank you, thank you! I'll be here all week.

Assault is a criminal charge.  Lawsuits are civil cases.  To sue someone, you have to have damages.  I don't think he damaged anyone.
I do like that after about 5 seconds he realised the mistake he's made. Never piss off football fans. Especially Duval fans.

Here is a link for you.  Short answer it is illegal in Florida to do this.

I can see the commercial now.  OR  it is included in the next Dr. Pepper ad.

Jerry Richardson, former Carolina owner, was a massive tool.  Much worse.  A truly bad guy.
No clue about the laws but it’s about accountability and fairness. What would happen if a fan did the same thing to the owner? Guessing it’s probably not nothing.
There is only one resolution: Khan and Tepper.
Tony can set it up.

I should have sued the chick that threw the drink in my face at the club. Everyone wants some easy money instead of working for it. Haha
