I got rid of girlfriends for that same reason..
Just a poorly coached team...  Had some injuries that were hurtful.

But overall, the team was the same as last year.  And we didn't improve at all.  We actually got worse over time.  Playoff teams with good coaching get better as the season progresses.  We did the exact opposite.

Pederson should be on the hot seat.  Dude needs to stop telling us that execution is the problem.  It's been 2 years.  The coaches are responsible for ensuring the players execute.  Especially when it's basically the same [BLEEP] roster!!!!

This disaster wasn't on the players.  This implosion was all on the the coaching.

Every big game that we had, we looked like garbage.  Every must win game, and we laid an egg.  And finally, we had one last chance to make the playoffs.  And it was embarrassing.  At some point, you have to hold coaches accountable for not having their players ready.  Especially when we basically have the same players as last year.  What the hell?  Why are players getting worse compared to last year????
It wasn’t one thing, but the coaching staff definitely failed to instill a sense of urgency and mental toughness down the stretch

Ok, perhaps TL wasn't "terrible" but the Titans dominated that game gaining 312 yards to our 222 yards and dominated the time of possession 36:12 to 23:48.  The Titans were up 16-10 at the end of the 3rd quarter and the Jags offense only scored 13 total points so I consider the Jags very LUCKY to win that game and further fortunate the Titans were playing with their backup QB.   That said, a loss in that game means the Chargers comeback victory never happens and we are left here down and depressed.  Luckily, that did NOT happen so optimism prevails as we enter into this week 18 once again ..... another victory over the hated Titans to secure a playoff birth would make things even that much sweeter.

Very similar game to last years finale BUT the Titans weren't playing with their backup QB and didn't make the critical mistake at the end of the game.  I said it before and I'll say it again, the Jags were lucky last year to escape with a win vs the Titans and if that win doesn't happen, neither does the Chargers comeback and we're pretty much sitting here wondering if we have the right GM, Coach, and QB.
