That's because the boundaries of free speech are a matter of opinion. The first amendment is a fact, but any application of it will be called an opinion. I don't agree with everything Sarah Isgur and David French say, after all, they disagree with each other. Every episode. But neither of them claim to be doing original reporting (of facts) the way Tucker does. So they are more honest than him.
