OOPS!!!!!!!! But since I lived in Jax for quite a while, I can think of 4 possible reason why this happened..... 1) The winner is a guest of the Jacksonville Sheriff's office or the Florida DOC, 2) The winner is deceased either by natural causes and their family members didn't know about the ticket or the winner was killed in an accident or by some thug, 3) They may have thrown it away, or 4) They just forgot about it........
