Yeah. Seemed like a good kid. Read the article. Everything was coming together for him. My uncle is a life long Vikings' fan as well. He's bummed.

So in a situation like this, do you all support the league awarding a comp pick, or factoring his loss into the Vikes' summation? TBH, I dunno if the league rulebook accounts for such a loss, or not.
I'm kinda ok with it, as it was an unforeseen tragedy as opposed to just taking a flyer on a guy with injury history or some dude who spent his signing bonus on booze and floozies. Sucks for the Vikes that they not only have to mourn the loss of a player, but they also take an L, value-wise, in a fourth rounder that literally will never see the field through no fault of their own.
