We have the following players on the PS:
TE's: Shawn Bowman, Josiah Deguara
CB's: Christian Braswell, Tre Flowers
WR's: Joshua Cephus, Elijah Cooks, Austin Trammell
DE's: D.J Coleman, Joe Gaziano
S: Terrell Edmunds
OG: Steven Jones
QB: E.J Perry
RB: Jalen Jackson
LB: Tanner Muse

Same. Braswell, Flowers, Cephus, Cooks, Trammell and Jones in particular I think offer some promise if needed in a pinch. I expect good things out of De'Antre Prince as a rookie. Must have really shown out to win a spot over Braswell.
Jones probably has the highest chance of making the active roster at some point this year with how shaky the offensive line play can be. Hopefully they add two more behind him from elsewhere to be safe.
He just needs to maybe work on getting his weight down this year and strengthening his lower body. His ankle, feet and calves have been an issue since 2022 at Oregon. Just not able to support all that weight I reckon.

I consider practice squads as display windows for other teams to peruse. It's nice having talent there, but it can be poached.
But then teams have to give up the players they have. Known is usually preferred to unknown.

Looking at that list a couple observations. First we have two open slots. Curious of the 14 there is only one offensive lineman. Perhaps they are waiting for players to clear waivers to sign to the practice squad.
I think Steven Jones could develop into a decent guard

Possibilities
1. Trey Hill (Cinci backup center) Appears he had a bad preseason ranked 417. Total 43.9%, Run 42.6%, Pass 55.6%
2. Marquis Hayes - Ranked #139 Total 67.2%, Run 67.7%, Pass 70.5%
3. Bryan Hudson, - Ranked #168 Total 65.6% Run 71.7%, Pass 55%
4. Max Scharping - Ranked #59 Total 75.8% Run 69%, Pass 77%
A couple more
Eric Miller - Ranked #159 Total 662% Run 62.4% Pass 69.6%
Grant Miller - Ranked #231 Total 62.4% Run 60.3% Pass 64.8%
Our current guys (for reference)
Cam Ranked #164 (limited snaps)
Scherff Ranked #406 (limited snaps)
Morse Ranked # 45 (limited snaps)
Ezra Ranked #121 (limited snaps)
Harrison Ranked #80 (limited snaps)
Foster Ranked #253
Little Ranked #27
Van Lanen - ranked #1
Fortner Ranked #127
Hodges - Ranked #213
Our starters had 32-40 snap counts each. Appears after last year having them all banged up before the season it was a priority to keep them healthy. Instead they focused on getting our backups maximum game reps. However Scherff did not have a good camp by these numbers.
Looks like the guys you mentioned are still free agents...

Needs two things.
1. Coaching on moving his feet.
2. Staying heathy.
He's got the size and strength to be a quality guard in the NFL...in two years, but he's gotta prove he can stay healthy, and he's gotta show he can move in Rouchers system.
If it were only about mauling the DT in front of him, Steven is good to go.

Pretty accurate. He is basically this year's Cooper Hodges. Quickness will be his biggest issue as our systems needs good quick lateral movement. Comparing him to Cooper Beebe his arms are 3" longer making his wingspan over 7 feet, 20lbs heavier and stronger. The knock is his quickness. They fix that and it's a steal of a deal.
