Here's a little more info.  Shot in the chest, in serious, but stable, condition.  17-year-old suspect tried to take his Rolex.

The DA says "Any charges filed will be in juvenile court given the suspect's age."  No wonder the city has become a cesspool.  This may need to go into the political forum.

To be fair, I read in another article that the suspect will be initially charged as a juvenile but may be increased to adult charges upon further review next week.

They arrested him a few days ago with a gun but released him. He had an illegal gun for a reason but the DA is too stupid to realize why.
