Buffalos d line and o line are crushing miami.. dominating both trenches. Makes me a bit nervous for next Monday. But hey we kind of have their # I think? Right?
Al Michael's literally said...

"Miami is down by 14 like they were last week, but the Bills are not the Jaguars"

I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo pissed off we lost to that team because 1. ETN couldn't hold the football, and 2) our Oline thinks dropping to the floor is an adequate means of blocking for either your QB or your RB.

It's not going to happen, but I'd love for Phil Raucher to be fired tonight. (and I hate calling for a guys job)

It's infuriating.

We’ve been permanently ruined.

I am jealous of how these offenses look smooth and in synch. Clever and varied play design.

I feel like we don't use enough presnap motion. I'm sad to say I wasn't really paying attention to it in the fins game but I don't recall much. Looked it up and we were towards the bottom of the league last year.

Leaders were chiefs dolphins 9ers rams and packers last year, all good offenses. Might be worth it for the jags to try to incorporate some of that to get their skill players easier matchups.
We lost to this team.

...
Too bad Press Taylor has nude photos of Doug in compromising positions. No way should we have lost to this garbage team.
Another concussion, hate to see that
Wow Tua may have just knocked himself or injured his neck. Why the [BLEEP] would he lead with his head coming into a tackle. Honestly this one is 100% on him.
That wasn’t even a hard hit. If he gets concussed that easily, it’s probably time to to retire
Pray he's ok.
I hope he’s okay. He needs to retire before he has jello for brains!

I'm leaning this way.

How does it work out financially for both sides?   If I'm the Dolphins I'm immediately thinking about picking up Mac Jones next season.   Mac is gonna get paid by someone.

I just want Tua to have an enjoyable life moving forward.
Give it up tua

If he retires he gets paid all guaranteed money and they have to clear space to cover all that money.

He would most likely be put on IR, they can get insurance money if anyone was stupid enough to offer it. Then keep him on IR or some PUP list until the cap hit is small enough to cut him.

What he did was really odd? (politically correct term) No slide, lower the shoulder? That was all on him.

I believe he will be back. Anyone with his history that would do that will be back. However...

Financially he got 42 million signing bonus when he signed his contract. Plus another 1.1 million guaranteed salary this year.

After that it will depend on how the contract is written. The Miami GM and owner would want to lay off liability for the remaining 89 million of fully guaranteed money. I would bet the Dolphins have insurance that would pay him. So if he doesn't come back the Dolphins and their salary cap will be protected. It would be listed as an injury settlement like CJ when we cut him this year.

So no matter how this turns out he will be quite alright. I know this sounds terrible but, no tears from me. I believe any of us could scrape by with 132 million in the bank.
I went to bed at halftime but saw the replay of Tua’s injury this morning. What was he thinking by diving head first into a defender rather than sliding? Especially given the fragility of his noggin.

In college, Trevor tore up defenses with his legs. I’m not advocating making him Lamar Jackson, but some designed runs and more bootlegs, particularly early in games, could bolster the run game and slow the pass rush.

Or, Trent Baalke could pull his head out of his [BLEEP] and get some proper protection for Trevor.

Didn't you hear? He signed Morse, drafted Foster. That's all we were missing.

Not even worth imagining as possible, Khan is the one that needs to pull his head out of his rear and replace Baalke like he should have done years ago.
