Jets are moving good on offense so far. Rodgers doing a lot more with his legs inside and outside the pocket. Rust starting to come off it looks like.

Jets defense also plays fast.

Yeah man I'm watching their o line. Night and day compared to the jags. Looks really simple but effective. Just blocking the guys in front of them and going downhill
Rodgers is using his mobility though to avoid the rush. He's done it at least 3x already.

Patriots D also keying in on Hall now on this drive. They need to call a tendency breaker.

Nice use of the TE there.

He is still starting to look like the old Rodgers and if that's the case I think the Jets win the SB
Jets looking good. Beat the Patriots. Everyone should beat the Patriots...for a long time.
I like what they're doing with Allen and Hall tonight. They also use a good amount of presnap motion. I think they cook up a deep shot here soon to Lazard or Williams.

They have the defense and running game to do it. I want to see them play Buffalo first before I crown him.

The way the Jets are using their offense on short yardage situations is exactly what I have been saying in our forum for our offense.

2 - 3 TE sets, rolling the QB out of the pocket, quick passes. You convert a few of those like that and you can revisit the running game in other short yardage situations.

Here here
Felt bad for Jacoby. Their offensive line is atrocious. They had no chance from the very beginning. Ulbrich was dialing up blitzes from everywhere.

Will McDonald was a menace last night off the edge. Jets took him 15th overall last year. Felt that was too high at the time, but, they look to have made the right decision there. Was a day two hopeful for me.

The "old Rodgers" turns into a pumpkin in Championship Games and sometimes even in the Divisional Round. So even if he becomes that guy again, that is their ceiling.

I agree with this as well. I still want to see what this team looks like against Buffalo twice. I also think the Jets will have a hard time keeping pace with the Chiefs.
Beat the tacks and Patriots….. now they’re Super Bowl bound lol

A lot actually seen this team as SB contenders before the season started, it has nothing to do with who they beat.  They were last year as well.  They have one of the best defenses, a beast RB, a good group of pass catchers, an improved oline, and just added one of the best QBs ever.  If Rodgers is back to the old Rodgers this team is loaded.  You have to actually look at their roster instead of just looking at the 2 teams they beat and you would understand.

ayuh.

Not to mention Saleh is middling as a coach, has no experience (same for most of the team) in the postseason, they might get a surprise dub along the way, but it's a long season and the sample size of them looking good is extremely small.

Rodgers has a ring.

many of those "a lot" are looking for clicks from the new york metro reading audience.

On paper, they are interesting. Until they put big wins on the field, they're just a fantasy team.

If a team picks the Jets as a SB favorite they are looking for Clicks?  Lol.

I guess Leon Seracy is looking for clicks on the radio when he took the Jets to win it all.  You don't know know what you are talking about once again.    You would have to know what their roster looks like to understand they could be a real contender.

There are no Alpha teams this year and a number on teams could win it.   That team is loaded at all levels. When someone predicts what team they think will take it all they way they don't give a [BLEEP] about clicks lol.

So if anyone says any team other than the Chiefs they are just looking for clicks?
So now we should look at teams on paper? That's hilarious.

No outside pass rushers since Jermaine Johnson went down (good luck beating the Bills and Chiefs with no pass rush). Garrett Wilson and then no other WR that teams fear. A decent OL that is one injury away (Tyron Smith always hurt) from disaster. Breece is very good. A 40 year old QB who had a torn achilles and needs to hold up for 20 games in order to win a SB and a coach who is so average he's basically Jeff Fisher.

And yes, anyone who doesn't pick the Chiefs to win it all is looking for clicks. Even when the offense had a down year last year, they still won it all. Until someone proves they can beat them in the playoffs, they'll be the favorite every single year.

I agree that Pats O line isn't great, but didn't you feel like the Jets were timing the snap very effectively as well? Look on the opposite side of the ball. Rodgers gets his offense to the line with plenty of time on the play clock, lots of hard counts. Consistently keeping the defensive line out of rhythm. Makes your offensive line look a whole lot better, when they can get that half second edge on the defense. Also, the QB gets more of a feel on where the blitz might be coming from. Just seems like this type of QB play is being completely phased out the game.

I watched the replay of the tacks/jets game and the tacks/Levis gave that game away.  Also, Ridley had one of his characteristic deep balls go right through his hands.  He did have a really impressive catch for a TD later on though (should have been down on the 1).
