Well it's about [BLEEP] time there handle bar mustache!!!
There's not much you can do though. You can fire Baalke today. It won't change the roster nor the depth chart and coaching staff. You can demand Pederson take over full control of the offense.
You can start hiring a team of consultants to find your VP, GM and HC going into next year. The sooner you do this, the better. You will have months of data and analytics to look at with historical context to vote "Yay" or "Nay" on specific names from various backgrounds.

You could fire Baalke and have Cam Robinson and Brandon Scherff benched/traded/cut before next Sunday. That would be a great start.

Really? Because Walker Little went out there and [BLEEP] the bed against back-up's as well. You think moving Anton Harrison to LT is the solution? After his start this year at RT?
We don't have any solutions to our problems on this roster. It's now a cultural problem. We went from "make your kick, [BLEEP]!" to "warm kitty, soft kitty, come here and enjoy this vanilla ice cream flavored milk from the palms of my hands".
We're cooked.
I dont care. He is the owner. Its also his fault.
Do something. Make changes.
They are ruining two investments that equal almost what he payed for his yacht in Trevor and Josh and doing so while devaluing a multi billion dollar brand he has built. If he wasn’t angry I would be worried. Personally I put a lot of this on balke. As a fan who has seen of the worst gms to ever run a team, I put his blunders right up there with the best on our Mount Rushmore of trash executives. His complete incompetence and woeful ability to select talent and identify/prioritize needs of a team is clear and sickening.
I would make it clear that once I fire him, the next gm( or vp if that is the route he chooses to take) will have free rein to clear house and hire or retain coaches. It would be known that I am in no way making a hire with intent of handcuffing the new regime to anything existing currently in the franchise(players included)so if dougy values his position on this team, I
He should seriously consider putting something convincing on film between now and the end of the season or his days in Jacksonville will likely by numbered.
I am not absolving the players from this I am just saying that trent would be starting point. Trent has drifted in and out of the crosshairs of the this fanbase and I think that it is time for trigger to finally be pulled and end this nightmare.
My anger started with the first offensive snap of the season when you had months to prepare for Miami and Calais Campbell comes unblocked for a sack. Months to prepare. Sack. The whole team is rotten from the top down and a COMPLETE change is needed if this franchise is ever going to be relevant.
I'm sure he will write a strongly worded letter to set things straight.
Fred Taylor said earlier today that Devin Lloyd is a weak link on defense and teams have been attacking him. Interesting...
Angry without action equates to inaction. This team will suck all year and that’s not going to change. Baalke should be the first head to roll. This is a roster issue! Name a time where a team had two overall number ones on their roster who were complete busts. His draft record is abysmal. Would anyone here argue against a straight up swap? Travon and Trevor for Aidan and Lamar?

You mean because he can't set the edge and he misses assignments?
Ya don't say.....
The roster has- franchise Qb in 4th year, excellent weapons, tons of high priced free agents, #1 overall at DE, 17.5 season sack at DE, quality special teams, 1st round RB, lock down CB on big contract, top MLB, the insane amount of draft picks Baalke has had at his disposal past couple seasons. The team has gone 9-8 the past 2 years while adding to the roster. No coaching changes except for DC. A Super Bowl winning HC at the lead.
All of this in consideration- last night was the WORST loss in franchise history. By far. Can’t remember a “playoff quality” team playing like that without significant injuries. Something is deeply wrong. Very deeply wrong.
What is he gonna do? nothing as usual... or make another mistake AS USUAL!

Doug and Press need to go today. THEY are responsible for the on field product we see on offense.

This team has gotten worse every single week since the Bengals game. Pederson has no answers. Baalke has no answers. The offense is so stale. The secondary is decimated. Kirk looks lost. Gabe looks slow. BTJ Good! Trevor looks off in the pocket. OL continues to suck. Linebackers missing assignments. Receivers dropping passes. Engram is hurt.
It's only week 3!
For me, I'm firing Doug. I'm firing Baalke (should have been done a long time ago since he's a snake). I'm firing Taylor. Making McCoy the interim HC and having a pass first offense which feeds BTJ as the #1 WR.

Khan is so angry that he is going to do obviously nothing.
Not really sure what Khan is pissed about, we held the Bills to a FG on their 6th possession. To me that was definitely a morale victory.

Yes, I want Little at left tackle and Harrison at right for the rest of this year with an eye towards bringing Little back or moving Harrison over next year if he doesn't work out. We have Walker in the wings who graded out at right tackle/right guard in the draft to develop along with Tugboat who should already be in the lineup. Robinson and Scherff are holdovers that should be gone immediately.
