Say you have an ice cream, and Trent wants your ice cream. He comes up to you and knocks the ice cream on the ground so nobody can have it. He goes to the ice cream man and tells him you’re a piece of [BLEEP] that he shouldn’t serve ice cream to, and he says this about a lot of people, so the ice cream man just sells to Trent. The ice cream man then goes out of business because he isn’t successful enough. Trent Baalke ruined ice cream for everyone.
This guy wouldn’t be a GM if it weren’t for Shad being clueless.

Of course not, Shad keeps him around. I expect that Pederson will be gone after this year, if I were him I'd resign, and Baalke will have won the struggle with another successful head coach and run him out of town while running the franchise into the ground at the same time. And when the next coach gets here and these things don't improve, because they are player problems, you'll be sitting here wondering why you support this team when they keep hiring such bad coaches.

Yes. Very bad. Also, curriculum has changed. It should have read more like:
"Say you have a hotdog, and Trent wants to convince you that your hotdog is a man made construct and he wants you to think about exchanging it for a taco. He comes up to you, with a knife, and chops the hotdog off from you. He then goes to the leading supplier of taco makers, Taco Del Mar, and he tells them, "Give me all of your [BLEEP] Tacos, I have 13 hotdogs to trade you for a six pack of Tacos, so, give me all your [BLEEP] tacos".
Then Taco Del Mar is all like "Look, pal, we're doing pretty good selling tacos the way the good man upstairs intended, we're not trying to get into no stinkin' hotdog business and we don't need the fuzz on our case, so, you can take your [BLEEP] reputation and [BLEEP] package of 13 hotdogs and get to steppin'.
So, this results in Trent basically over paying for Tacos in the off season that are usually subpar in quality, think, 2 AM, you're hammered and there's only one Taco Bell in town, you're going to get a six pack of tacos, odds are, five of them are soggy with busted shells and lettuce that tastes like hotdog water, and, you might get lucky and get one crunchy one that's not overloaded in sour cream.
And that's it. That's basically it children. Trent also bangs your Mom, drinks your Capri Sun's and eats your Gusher snack packs late at night and your Dad thanks him for it. Because, analytics I think. Anyway... turn your projects in on time, dip [BLEEP]."

Gotta agree, unless the course changes I don't see Pederson having the fight left in him to get this team back to postseason contention. He seems like he is completely wiped out.
