The worst thing you can assess about an NFL player is they are soft.  Well this team is very soft.

Ummm, so?
I think fragile is a better description... They play well untill something goes wrong, they they all just fall apart and just give up
Yeah. No [BLEEP]. Most 1 win teams are typically soft.
We softer than tissue paper. Jags are comfort food for the opposing teams.
Bill Smith screams "THE SKY IS BLUE!!!!!"

Same vibe.
NFL is charmin... Jaguars are charmin ultra
Khan uses 22-karat gold toilet paper from Australia. Everyone else in Jacksonville uses the cheap Wal-Mart TP.

I'd rather [BLEEP] in my neighbors front yard and then hose myself off..

That stuff is horrible.

Ian Cunnigham's Wiki -

Shortly after being released by the Chiefs, Cunningham joined the Baltimore Ravens as a personnel assistant. While in this position, he helped the team win a Super Bowl in 2012. He was promoted from personnel assistant to area scout in 2013. He served a total of nine years with the Ravens and they made the playoffs in six of those years.[7] In 2017, Cunningham was hired by the Philadelphia Eagles as director of college scouting and won his second Super Bowl that year. He became assistant director of player personnel in 2019 and served in the role for two years.[5] In 2021, he received a promotion to being the Eagles director of player personnel.

Cunningham was mentioned in 2020 on a list of The Athletic's "40 under 40" for those whom it considered "the rising stars shaping the direction of the NFL. "He was hired by the Chicago Bears in 2022 as assistant general manager to Ryan Poles, making him one of the highest-ranking African American executives in the league. He has been interviewed for general manager positions several times, including being considered a finalist in 2024 for the job for the Washington Commanders.

Ben Johnson as HC and Salah as DC, and we are cash money.
If they somehow get Ben Johnson, I have to agree with Tony: Get Mark Brunell back in Duval.

Tony makes really good points.  I disagree with some of them.  But man, the podcast where he lays out his ideas of where to go is spot on.

You gotta get rid of the GM and the HC and then bring in real people that are willing to put in the work and have the passion to lead.

Ben Johnson as a HC, dude, the way he absolutely clowned the Cowboys was a thing of beauty.  Of course, he had a passionate HC that pushed the agenda.  But Ben executed the plan to perfection.

As for GM, looking at his career history, Ian Cunningham seems to have made his bones learning behind the best of the best.

I was just getting ready to post this. The damn Jags are so bad, it brought Sam Kouvaris out.

This team had dogs.  But we either let them walk, or we made the locker room so comfortable that they became puppies.  It's a two way street.  You draft dawgs, but you have to have a coaching staff that continuously keeps the dawgs fired up.

Great vid!

Edit - I also mentioned that this team isn't soft. Their fragile. It's obvious.
