Can someone please tell us peasants what is going on with all of these outages?  

Reading the error code and solutions it seams to be a bandwidth issue.  I inquired elsewhere if certain adds are causing the issue.  I for one am willing to pay for the privilege to post here

Is there a typical issue causing the site to struggle? Server issues? Who do we use to host? Just doing some quick searches brings up cloudfare but I dont think they typically do hosting.

As others have said, if there is a way to financially support, I'd be willing to chip in as well.
