How many sacks can JHA get today?

I guess we get to see if we kept the right player or not.  Should be interesting.

Cam is good to give up a sack today, 2 penalties, and at least 4 pressures.

Well? I am out of town and could only see highlights. Who won?

Vikings by 5 points. The D played great, Mac Jones is terrible playing behind a line that's even worse.

Hines-Allen beat Robinson 1 play. The rest of the game Hines-Allen was a non-factor and decided to take a couple of series off. Then Walker switched over to matchup with Robinson but didn’t make a play when he was on that side.

The only time Walker was on that side is when Allen was taking a breather.  Robinson got beat a few times today and Allen also drew at least 1 penalty from Cam

Hines-Allen took enough breathers today. Seemed like entire series.

Our DE's constantly over run the QB... Constantly.

They are always 5 yards beyond the QB or they are stuck by the Tackle. We either have trash DEs or we have terrible coaching. Or maybe it's a bit of both.

But dang, I'm so tired of watching Walker or JHA running 5 yards beyond the QB and letting the QB easily release out of the pocket. Can we not find a coach that can fix those tendencies of the players???

Oh no, the players are trash. But then why were they so good last year? Oh well they were on a contract year. Oh so it's a GM problem? Well no, because we got good players. But they are playing like [BLEEP] now. Well the players suck. But what about the coaching? No. The coaching is fine. But they aren't as successful as prior years... Well the GM is bad. But these are the players we had. Well, clearly they are not good. But they were good in previous seasons...

It's like that Breakfast Club scene... We're just all going around in circles when it's obvious what the problem is. (Hint, it's not the players)

This is because there's no interior rush. Ends target a spot, they count on the interior guys to push the QB to that spot. Ours let them step up the the line and run for 20 if there's nothing open.

That is true but they always do it. They have to know the QB won't be at the spot they are running to. When they aren't facing a running QB, they need to cut inside after they opened the lane up. They don't need to worry about contain.

When QBs aren't moving, you are rushing too deep. Maybe it's practicing too much against the Jag's OL and Trevor doing his spin around instead of stepping up.

Neither does drafting guys in RD2 and RD4 this year to fix that exact issue and yet they're healthy scratches. Or, signing a guy like Armstead that cut his teeth in the NFL as an interior pass rusher and not as a DE, yet, we're playing him at DE...

Scratching Smith and Jefferson when they're healthy but no good isn't a coaching issue, it's a "they aren't good enough" issue. The Armstead thing I can't explain other than someone decided to agree with his demand to play end not inside, hell, maybe Baalke let him put a clause in his contract to enforce it, IDK. Neilsen has done several odd things this year that I along with everyone else questioned, from players adding weight, to moving Foye over for Lloyd, to the substitution schedule. You're just upset that you haven't figured out how to blame Press Taylor for it yet so you accuse others of having your issue; that's what's called projection.

I haven't mentioned his name for at least 3 months now. (Edit probably hyperbole, but for at least 6 weeks, I haven't mentioned the OC).. Please just accept that I was right.  I have accepted it.
