The hardest part is done. The only problem for the next GM is they won't get the cheap contact for Trevor to be able to do what Baalke did and sign a bunch of high priced free agents to bring the roster up to mediocre.
The next guy has to actually be able to evaluate college talent to succeed.

BTJ was drafted to give them a deep threat and the Jags are refusing to use him. You would think he would get at least 1 deep pass ever game. He doesn't have to be open, throw it and let him go get it.
